Reshuffle of IAS officers in UP

Several IAS officers have been shifted in UP. Sudhir Bobde has been made ACS, Raj Bhavan, while Kalpana Awasthi gets the responsibility of ACS, Technical Education and Mahendra Prasad Agrawal will take over as PS, Higher Education. Similarly, Yogeshwar Ram Mishra has been posted as Commissioner, Devipatan Division; Lokesh M as Commissioner, Basti Division; Dinesh Chandra as DM, Saharanpur and Monika is now DM, Bahraich.
