Reshuffle of IAS officers in West Bengal

As many as 12 IAS officers have been given new assignments in West Bengal. Accordingly, Mrs Neelam Meena has been appointed as Secretary Backward Classes Welfare Department, while Mrs Choten Dhendup Lama was made Secretary Youth Services and Sports Department and Mrs Sanghamitra Ghosh is Secretary Health & FW Department. Similarly, Prabhat Kumar Mishra has been appointed as Principal Secretary Environment Department with additional charge of WRI & D Deptt. and PD, ADMI Project;  Subrata Biswas as Principal Secretary Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department; A Subbiah, IAS as MD WBECSC Ltd with additional charge of Commissioner Medinipur Division; Binod Kumar as Secretary Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department ; Dr Ravi Inder Singh as Principal Secretary Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department; Naveen Prakash as Additional Chief Secretary Public Works Department; S Kishore as Additional Chief Secretary, Fisheries Department; Arnab Roy as Principal Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department and Hirdyesh Mohan was posted as Principal Secretary, Sundarban Affairs Department.
