Reshuffle of IAS officers in West Bengal

Alapan Bandopadhyay has been appointed as ACS, Home & Hill Affairs department with additional charges of ACS, Industry & Commerce & Enterprises Department and ACS, Parliamentary Affairs, while Rajesh Pandey was posted as Secretary, MS & ME and T Department with additional charge of Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Mrs Vandana Yadav is MD, WBIDCL and ex-officio Secretary, Industry, Commerce & Enterprises Department with additional charge of CEO, WBIIDC. Similarly, Dibyendu Sarkar has been appointed as Secretary in SHG & SE Department; Kaushik Bhattacharya as DM, Kalimpong; Pawan Kadyan as DM, Cooch Behar; Rajarshi Mitra as DM, Malda and Kaushik Saha was made Commissioner in P &RD Department.
