Reshuffle of IPS officers in Maharashtra

As many as nine senior IPS officers have been given new postings in Maharashtra. Accordingly, Rajendra Singh has been appointed as ADG, Law and Order, PHQ, Mumbai, while Ashutosh Dumbare was made commissioner, State Intelligence and Amitesh Kumar is Police Commissioner, Nagpur. Similarly, Jai Jeet Singh has been appointed as ADG, Anti-corruption Bureau, Mumbai; V K Choubey as ADG, Anti-Corruption Bureau; Sadanand Date as Police Commissioner, Mira, Bhayandar, Vasai, Virar; Bhushan Kumar Upadhayay as ADG, Traffic, Mumbai; Sanjay Kumar as ADG, Training and Bipin Kumar Singh was posted as Police Commissioner, Navi Mumbai.
