Reshuffle of IPS officers in Maharashtra

As many as eight IPS officers have been given new assignments in Maharashtra. Accordingly, Deven Bharati has been appointed as ADG, Maharashtra State Security Corporation, while Jaijeet Singh was made ADG, ATS and Prabhat Kumar is ADG, ACB. Similarly, Naval Bajaj has been apopinted as ADG, EOW; Niket Kaushik as Asst Police Commissioner, EOW; Sanjay Mahite as Special IG, Konkan range; M K Bhosale as Special IG, Motor Transport, Pune and Rajvardhan was made Special IG, Crime against Women.
