Reshuffle of IPS officers in Punjab

As many as seven IPS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Punjab. Accordingly, Sharad Satya Chauhan has been appointed as ADGP Traffic Punjab, while  Parveen Sinha is IGP Crime and  Gautam Cheema will be Crime. Similarly, S S Gill has been appointed as Commissioner Ludhiana & in Addition DIG Provisioning; Gurpreet S Toor as DOG Administration, Punjab; Surjit Singh as DIG Counter intelligence and Gurpreet Singh was posted as DIG Law and order, Punjab, Chandigarh.
