Retired bureaucrats to prepare J&K displaced youths for competitive exams

With a view to promote and extend helps to the displaced youngsters of Jammu & Kashmir, a group of retired officers from All India Service (AIS) has decided to prepare them for competitive examinations. The group comprises of Chief Secretary Vijay Bakaya; former DGP Prisons (J&K) Ashok Bhan, former DGP (J&K) Kuldeep Khoda, former bureaucrat Yoginder Kaul and other retired professors and officials.
