In pursuant of the CAT, Jabalpur order dated May 7, 2024, the DoT has withdrawn the retirement order of Asheesh Pathak, which was issued on December 26, 2022. As per DoT order Pathak shall also be entitled to all the consequential benefits in accordance with Rules between the period from 26.12.2022 to date of joining his duties in DoT, HQ, New Delhi.
