RGF Capital Markets appoints Nishad Shah MD, rejigs board

Nishad Jitendra Shah has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director of RGF Capital Markets Limited under the Chairman and promoter category for a term until September 1, 2031. Meanwhile, Mrs Rajshree Nishad Shah has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director under the promoter category for the same term. Separately, Amar Chokshi has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholders' approval.
