RINL CVO Vijayakumar returns to parent cadre

P J Vijayakumar, Chief Vigilance Officer, Rashtriya Ispta Nigam Limited (RINL), Visakhapatnam, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre, with immediate effect, with the condition of extended cooling off. He is a 1983 batch IFS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
