RK Goyal appointed DRM, CSTM

Rajnish Kumar Goyal – who is presently posted on Central Railway (CR) – has been posted as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CSTM) on Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
