RK Moondra appointed CWE, NWR

Rajendra Kumar Moondra, who is currently posted in North Western Railway (NWR), has been posted as Chief Workshop Engineer (CWE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
