RL Meena appointed CAO (C), South Western Railway

RL Meena , who is presently working as Chief Project Director (CPD), SD, in South Eastern Railway (SER) has been transferred to South Western Railway (SWR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) (Construction).  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
