RL Meena moved as PCSO, WCR

RL Meena – who is presently posted as Chief Administrative Officer (C) in South Western Railway (SWR) – has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
