Rly officers to lose seniority on evading transfer after promotion

The Railway Board has reportedly communicated through an order to its officers that delaying or trying to evade transfer orders on promotion will now result in them losing their seniority. Those resorting to such tactics will be debarred from promotions for a minimum of one year.
