Dilip Panjwani has been appointed Independent Director of RMC Switchgears Limited. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic finance, corporate governance, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring. He has held senior positions including Chief Financial Officer, Global CFO and Financial Controller, with expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, investor relations and regulatory compliance.
