Rob Buntinx has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of INEOS Styrolution India Limited. Besides, Vinesh Sadekar and Ms. Sandra Martyres have stepped down as Independent Directors of the company. Meanwhile, Sanjeev Madan has quit as Whole-Time Director of the company.
