Rohan Singh to go to MEA on deputation

Rohan Singh, presently posted as Senior ME (Workshop Projects), Patna, Railway Board is being sent on deputation to Union Ministry of External Affairs as Under Secretary for a period of two years. He is an IRSME officer.
