RTI creates big problem in education field

RTI has become a tool of hurdles in the field of education. SSC,Board and university teachers are reportedly scared to evaluate answer books. Almost every answer book will be evaluated by a second teacher. According  to sources, this has created a big problem because after second evaluation numbers are bound to increase. Teachers are not ready to take risk and they are giving numbers leniently.
