RTP for CSS officers

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has decided to undertake rotational transfer policy (RTP) for CSS officers in the Section Officers grade for the year 2018. Accordingly, the Section Officers completing tenure of seven years and above in the same ministry/department will be eligible for transfer. The cut-off date for counting of tenure will be July 1 of the year.
