 VK Rulania, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Sr. DEE), Traction Distribution (TRD), South Eastern Railway (SER), have the selected for deputation to Ircon International Limited as Additional General Manager (Electrical) at Jodhpur for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
