S Balakrishna appointed as Director (IS&P), BHEL

S Balakrishna, GM, BHEL, has been appointed as Director (IS&P), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
