S C Gupta is longest serving ACS in country
It is said that S C Gupta is the longest serving ACS in the country .He was the first officer of 1986 batch IAS to be given apex scale in 2014.Only recently Gupta who is ACS Home has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary (Tourism)in Sikkim.
