S K Bharadwaj joins North MCD on deputation

S K Bharadwaj has joined on deputation  North MCD as CO and looking after Advertisement  and Trade Licences after getting relieved from Delhi Legislative Assembly (Secy to the Speaker) . He had put his govt service with Intelligence agencies including SPG for 20 years and then came on deputation with Delhi Legislative  Assembly as PS to Speaker n later got absorbed.   Worked with All Speakers of Delhi.
