S K Singh appointed CPD (RSW), Northern Railway

Surendra Kumar Singh, who is presently posted in East Central Railway (ECR), has been appointed as Chief Project Director (CPD) (RSW) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
