S Kapil posted as PCCM (PHOD), NCR

Shelleyandra Kapil, who is presently working as Chief Claims Officer (CCO) in North Central Railway (NCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) (PHOD) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
