S Louis Amuthan appointed DIG-cum-CSC, ECR

S Louis Amuthan – who is presently posted as Deputy Chief Security Commissioner (Dy. CSC) in Southern Railway (SR) – has been shifted to East Central Railway (ECR), promoted to Deputy Inspector General (DIG) grade and posted as Deputy Inspector General-cum-Chief Security Commissioner (DIG-cum-CSC). He is an Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS) officer.
