SAIL Chairperson takes bold decision to raise medical claim amount upto Rs 8 lakh

The retired employees and officers expressed ecstatic praise upon Ms Soma Mondal, Chairperson of Steel Authority of India (SAIL), for taking a bold decision to raise the medical claim amount from Rs 4 lakh to 8 lakh at a Board meeting. This revised medical claim of a retired family husband and wife will be effective from July 10, 2021. Besides, she also initiated pending pensions to the retired employees.
