Samir Biswas to return to parent cadre two months before retirement
Samir Kumar Biswas, Additional Secretary, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, is returning to the parent cadre on January 31, 2022. Biswas, who belongs to a 1990 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, is due to retire in March 2022.
