Sandip Ghose has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director of Birla Corporation Limited effective from December 1, 2022. Ghose will take over as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the company with effect from January 1, 2023, consequent upon Arvind Pathak vacating the office.
