Sanjeev Kumar, presently serving as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Rural Development, New Delhi, on CSS deputation, has been promoted to the grade of Additional Controller General of Defence Accounts of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS).
