Saumitra Mohan appointed as Secretary to Governor in W Bengal
Dr Saumitra Mohan has been appointed as Secretary to the Governor of West Bengal. He is a 2002 batch IAS officer of W Bengal cadre. Besides, 1997 batch IAS officer Surendra Gupta, Divisional Commissioner, Presidency Division, will also hold charge of Principal Secretary, Transport Department.
