Sanjay B Nagbidhkar, who has returned from deputation to Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL), has been posted to South East Central Railway (SECR) as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), RSP. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
