SBI and Form - 16

The largest PSB - State Bank of India - is yet to provide Form - 16 and Interest certificates to thousands of customers. Without these details people in large number, especially pensioners, are not able to file their IT return. The bank has no convincing answer that why this year it is so late. And when it will be given. Till last year SBI used to deliver these two forms in June. But this year half of July  has already passed.
