SBI appoints S K Varma as Dy MD, Commercial Clients Group, Corporate & Global Banking

The State Bank of India (SBI) has appointed Sujit Kumar Varma as Deputy Managing Director, Commercial Clients Group, Corporate & Global Banking, Corporate Centre, Mumbai.He joined the Bank as Probationary Officer in the year 1987. During his career of more than 31 years in the Bank, he has worked in various geographical locations. He has varied experience in diverse areas like Retail, International Banking and Credit .He has also worked as Chief Executive Officer, SBI, New York. Presently he is posted as Chief General Manager, International Banking Group, Corporate Centre, Mumbai.
