SBI is averse to joining private sector ?

The State Bank of India board is believed to have raised objections of  joining private sector  by the outgoing Chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya. Infact, Ms Bhattacharya had applied  for banks consent. The SBI Board reportedly did not agree and conveyed that the board is not comfortable with her idea of joining the private sector immediately after retirement.
