SBI is providing only lip service

On Government's instructions all PSU banks are open but SBI is not providing any service, even customers are not allowed to enter into the branch. They have put a notice in this regard also. Staff is sitting idle and at many branches passbook printing machines, currency deposit machines are not working for weeks. In Noida, heated discussions could be seen in branches. On the other hand private banks are running with full capacity and providing all services and customers are allowed inside the branch after sanitising hands of customer. But Govt PSU banks don't have such facility and denying customer excess.
