SBI wants to retain DMDs to preserve Mgt talent ?

Interestingly, whispers are that the State Bank of India now does not wants its Deputy Managing Directors (DMDs) to be sent to other banks on promotion as it robs the bank of key talent which it itself needs for further growth. However, the Government is the final decision maker on this.
