SC: 12,669 pending cases not ready for listing
Out of 65,086 cases pending before the Supreme Court, a total of 12.669 cases – approximately 19.47 per cent – are not ready and cannot be listed for hearing. These include 12,593 incomplete ‘Miscellaneous’ matters and 76 ‘Not Ready Regular Hearing’ matters.
