The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved that since on the date of the recommendation by Calcutta High Court, Sabyasachi Chaudhury and Sakya Sen, Advocates had not completed 45 years of age as required by the Memorandum of Procedure and their case of elevation as Judges be remitted to the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court for reconsideration thereof by the High Court Collegium at an appropriate stage.
