SC Collegium to discuss Centre’s reply on Justice Akil Kureshi\'s elevation proposal

The Chief Justice of India Justice Ranjan Gogoi has told the Counsel of Gujarat High Court Advocates Association that he had received a communication from the Ministry of Law and Justice regarding the Collegium's recommendation to elevate Justice Akil Kureshi as Chief Justice of Madhya High Court.He said the communication, which was received on August 27, will be placed before the Collegium.
