SC declares extension to ED Chief S K Mishra as illegal & invalid
The extension of Sanjay Kumar Mishra to the post of Chief of Enforcement Directorate has been declared as illegal and invalid by the Supreme Court of India. However, he will continue in the office till July 31, 2023.
