Scindia missing in action from BRICS summit!

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia with his personality and experience should have been sent to Airport to receive dignitaries of BRICS Summit but he was seen nowhere. Now political observers believe that PM Narendra Modi has something important in his mind for Scindia.
