The five members Committee will have Cabinet Secretary,Addl PS to PM, Prof P. Balaram, Former Director, IISc, Bangalore , Dr. T. Ramasami, Former Secretary, DST and Dr. P N Tandon, Emeritus Professor, Neurosurgery, AIIMS.
