The Government of India has started searching a person for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL) as the retirement of Dr Gopal Dhawan is approaching. However, new CMD is unexpected to be appointed to the post before the expiration of term of Dr Dhawan on November 11 this year.
