Secretaries appointment after Sept 25?
If sources are to be believed about one dozen secretaries are likely to be appointed in the GoI. They say tentatively appointment could be made after September 25. Presently 10 posts of the secretaries are vacant at the Centre. The Commerce secretary is also scheduled to retire this month.
