As per available indications, there will be a major shake up at Secretary level in the govt of India. Five secretaries are scheduled to retire this month. Presently nine posts of Secretaries are vacant. These are- DoPT, Labour, DoNER. DIIP, Official Languages, Drinking Water, Legal Affairs, Bio-Tech
