Secretary level postings before Diwali

As per available indications Secretary level reshuffle is likely to take place before Deepawali. It could be this week also. According to sources more than one dozen Secretaries are likely to be affected in the proposed reshuffle. Presently eight posts of Secretaries are vacant in GoI. These are- Ministry of Panchayat Raj, PMO. Deptts of Administrative Reforms,& PG, Pension & Pensioners Welfare, Coordination in Cabinet Secretariat, School Education & Literacy, Public Enterprises and Inter State Council Secretariat.
