Secretary to Bihar CM and Secretary to MP CM joins PMO
Hariranjan Rao, a 1994 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre had been Secretary to MP CM Shivraj Singh while Atish Chandra his batchmate had been Secretary to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Incidentally both have now joined the PMO.
