Senior IFS officers write to Minister about devious plan of foreign funded NGO

As many as 11 very senior retired IFS officers (3 DG Forest, one DG ICFRE, 6 PCCFs) have written to Minister about the devious plan of a foreign funded NGO ,supported by a few retired forest officers and one retired IAS officer and a few business interests to start a framework for certification standards for the government forests which are already being managed sustainably by Working Plans.
